Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships within the interior design industry by engaging with key businesses such as property developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic B2B sales plans, nurturing client relationships, generating leads, providing product knowledge, negotiating deals, collaborating with teams, and staying updated on market trends. - Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to target potential clients and drive revenue growth within the real estate and interior design markets. - Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing business clients, proposing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base in the B2B sector. - Provide clients with in-depth knowledge of real estate offerings or interior design products/services, conducting presentations and product demos as needed. - Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring successful deal closure and long-term partnerships. - Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and provide feedback on market trends and customer demands. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate, interior design, or construction industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients. - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Understanding of the real estate or interior design industry, including key players, trends, and challenges. - Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. - A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales management platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Interior Design, or related field. - Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
