Channel Sales

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for handling a specific area or state based on the geography. Your primary focus will be on Electricals and lighting, leveraging your extensive experience in this field. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting up and activating new channel partners, as well as overseeing the on-boarding process - Conducting regular meetings with active channel partners - Demonstrating hands-on experience in Channel Sales and managing the end-to-end Sales life cycle - Possessing deep knowledge of Channel Sales, Dealer, and Distribution Management - Utilizing your strategic mindset to play a key role in dealer networking - Showing a strong passion for hardcore sales and business development activities - Being open to fieldwork and willing to engage with stakeholders at all levels - Maintaining Customer Relations & Satisfaction by keeping Dealers, Distributors, Companies, and Partners informed of OSUM Smart Innovations Additionally, you should be adept at identifying, building, and leveraging a wide network of contacts to drive business growth. You will also be expected to make efficient use of business-to-business referrals and existing relationships to capitalize on new opportunities. Furthermore, your ability to identify opportunities and recommend changes to enhance campaign effectiveness will be crucial to your success in this role.,
