Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard Business Associates (BAs) such as recruitment agencies who can refer potential customers.
  • Maintain regular relationships with BAs across Gujarat (Surat, Vapi, Ahmedabad, etc.).
  • Extract customer references from BAs and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Onboard qualified leads and convert them into Business Associates.
  • Conduct meetings, build trust, and ensure BAs are actively participating.
  • Travel across the designated region to manage the network.
  • Track conversions and provide regular reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

6-8 years of experience in Sales,

B2B Sales, Corporate Sales

Skill Set

  • Strong knowledge of the Sales Channel.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Comfortable with travel for Pan India
