Role Summary: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners/distributors, and expanding our market presence in Karnataka. The role involves developing strong relationships with channel partners, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets for barcode printers, scanners, POS machines, and related solutions Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network. Keep an eye on target competition and driving progress based on the metrics set by the company. Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Principals. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Coordinating product launches and availability. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Present the monthly funnel to Business Unit Heads and CEO BR follow-up Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Winners with track record of target achievement. Experience in AIDC Technologies/ Label Industry/ retail POS /IT Hardware Should be passionate salesperson with pursuance skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Target driven approach
