Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow channel partner relationships across assigned region.
  • Drive

    upselling, down-selling, cross-selling

    , and renewals through partners.
  • Execute

    lead generation

    strategies via channel ecosystem.
  • Work with distributors to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and market penetration.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets through partner-led sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing insights.
  • Conduct partner training sessions and product enablement workshops.
  • Work with internal teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product) for GTM alignment.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track partner performance dashboards.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years in

    Channel Sales / Distribution Sales

    in IT / SaaS / Cloud ecosystem.
  • Hands-on with

    upsell/cross sell motions

    and pipeline management.
  • Ability to negotiate, develop GTM plans, and influence partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation & relationship-building skills.
