Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies.
  • Drive business through partner networks by conducting regular meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Ensure channel partners are motivated, aligned with company goals, and equipped with required marketing & sales collaterals.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to maximize productivity and sales conversion.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for channel partner engagement programs, campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Report sales performance, channel activity, and revenue achievements to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all channel transactions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong network and established relationships with real estate brokers/agents.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4–5 years in channel sales leadership.
  • Experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial projects will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
