Job Title: Sales Executive (Channel Sales & Distribution) – Work From Home (Mumbai Location Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive (Channel Sales & Distribution) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, however the candidate must be based in Mumbai for coordination with clients, dealers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective dealer management, distribution sales, and channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
• Monitor and expand the dealer/distribution network in Mumbai and nearby regions.
• Handle end-to-end dealer onboarding, training, and support processes.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing sales plans.
• Analyze sales trends and generate insightful reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for timely delivery and promotions.
• Address client and dealer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in channel sales, distribution sales, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of dealer network management and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Must be currently residing in Mumbai.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling CCTV/Security Systems, or Electronic Products is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Compensation: As per industry standards
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
