Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager at Times Pro, a Times Group Initiative in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners within the EdTech / Professional Education industry. With over 8 years of experience, including strong sales and travel experience, you will play a crucial role in winning, maintaining, and expanding partner relationships in your assigned territory. Your goal-oriented approach will support the company's sales and growth objectives by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of partners and customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with the technical engineering team to address any customer needs for customized products or services. Your Key Responsibilities include: - Understanding customer and business needs to effectively cross-sell and up-sell company products - Coordinating with internal teams such as support and management to meet partner expectations - Serving as a communication bridge between customers/partners and the engineering team - Assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs and performance to ensure high satisfaction levels - Collaborating with other sales channels to prevent conflicts and maximize sales opportunities - Managing funnels, forecasting, and capitalizing on sales opportunities - Driving and overseeing sales and marketing campaigns To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience - Bachelor's or master's degree in sales - Thorough industry understanding - Exceptional communication skills - Willingness to travel to partner locations - Solution-oriented mindset - Ability to cultivate lasting relationships This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
