Job Description

The position exists in order to partner with dealerships to drive volumes and market share for Light & Medium Duty Trucks. Driving channel management, seeding new products and increasing product awareness are key execution areas of the role.

Location: Ahmedabad,Aurangabad,Hyderabad,Vijaywada,Bengaluru,Hubli

Role & responsibilities

Execute Sales plan to achieve targeted volume and market share.
Partner in Regional Strategy making and driving out plans for 5 Ton market in Tipper & Laterite/12 Ton Tippers.
Ensure complete mapping of Segment with different applications relevant
Sales Process,Channel Management,Export process & documentation
New product Launches and Marketing Activities & Training of Channel Team
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
Identify possible sub dealer/ dealer candidate and pass on to senior for evaluation and deployment activity

Preferred candidate profile

Min 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Industries- Commercial Vehicles,3 Wheeler,Tractors,Tyres)
Market Intelligence & Competition information
Effective communication skills.
Product Knowledge
Presentation & Communication Skills
Dealer Management & Relationship building in the markets
