About the Role:

Key Account Manager – Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with

  real estate brokers, builders, and channel partners

  .
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s business reach.
• Generate qualified leads through partner networks and drive them to company experience centres or design teams.
• Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities with channel partners to ensure continuous business flow.
• Collaborate closely with internal design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Track partner performance, manage lead conversions, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, design solutions, and pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).

• 2–8 years of experience

  in

  channel sales / business development

  within

  interior design, real estate, or home improvement

  sectors.
• Strong understanding of

  Mumbai’s real estate and broker ecosystem

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Must possess a

  two-wheeler with a valid driving license

  .
• Fluency in

  English
