Channel Sales Manager

As a Sourcing Manager/Team Lead at our reputed developer leading in Luxury Residential Projects at Pune West location, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Research and identify potential channel partners that align with our business strategy. - Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospective partners, including cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual benefit. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support. - Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for partnership. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, including training, resources, and support. - Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
