Job Description

Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Understand customer and business needs to effectively cross-sell and up-sell company products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, management, and sales) to meet customer and partner expectations.
  • Act as the communication bridge between partners/customers and internal teams.
  • Regularly assess, clarify, and validate partner needs and performance to maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other sales channels to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Preferably from

    IT hardware industry background

  • Proven experience in channel sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand market trends and drive sales strategies accordingly.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
