We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading service delivery operations, managing the support team, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.

• Manage day-to-day service delivery operations and support activities.
• Lead and coordinate with the support/service team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor service KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective communication with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Handle escalations and proactively manage client expectations.

• Strong knowledge of Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• Ability to manage and guide a support team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- per month (based on experience and skills)
