About the Role We are hiring a senior Channel Sales professional to lead and grow relationships with insurance brokers and distribution partners across India. This B2B2B role focuses on generating enterprise opportunities via broker networks for employee benefits, OPD, and group health offerings . Key Responsibilities Identify and engage key brokers and intermediaries (Marsh, Howden, Prudent, Anand Rathi, etc.) Build a broker funnel to generate qualified corporate leads Educate brokers on product offerings, differentiators, and value proposition Act as the main liaison between internal sales/product teams and broker partners Drive revenue through consistent broker-led opportunities and partner engagement Monitor broker performance and relationship health Requirements 5-12 years of experience in channel sales, insurance broking partnerships, or distribution roles Deep existing network with key insurance brokers across regions Demonstrated ability to influence, onboard, and enable distribution partners Strategic understanding of employee benefits and corporate health products Strong interpersonal and networking skills with consultative selling ability
