About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key brokers and intermediaries (Marsh, Howden, Prudent, Anand Rathi, etc.)
  • Build a broker funnel to generate qualified corporate leads
  • Educate brokers on product offerings, differentiators, and value proposition
  • Act as the main liaison between internal sales/product teams and broker partners
  • Drive revenue through consistent broker-led opportunities and partner engagement
  • Monitor broker performance and relationship health

Requirements

  • 5-12 years of experience in

    channel sales, insurance broking partnerships, or distribution roles

  • Deep existing network with key

    insurance brokers across regions

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, onboard, and enable distribution partners
  • Strategic understanding of employee benefits and corporate health products
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with consultative selling ability
