Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Angular 14+, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server. The role involves leading development efforts, optimizing performance, ensuring secure coding practices, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative team dynamics. Key Responsibilities 1. CI/CD and Release Management Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Collaborate with QA for quality assurance and smooth production releases. Participate in release planning and management. 2. Performance Optimization Identify and resolve software performance bottlenecks. Optimize SQL queries and data access logic. Validate optimizations through QA testing. 3. Information Security Ensure compliance with security standards and guidelines. Work with security teams to address vulnerabilities. Support security audits and implement recommendations. 4. Version Control and Code Quality Use Git for source control and collaboration. Conduct and participate in code reviews. Maintain high code quality through best practices. 5. Caching and Scalability Collaborate on implementing caching solutions (e.g., Redis). Improve application performance and response time. 6. Support Collaboration Work closely with the L2 Support team to explain patches and fixes. Assist in troubleshooting production issues. 7. Team Leadership Manage and mentor junior developers. Guide team efforts in line with company goals. Participate in team meetings and performance reviews. Requirements Technical Skills 35 years of hands-on experience in: Angular 14+ .NET Core and C# SQL Server, including performance tuning Proficient with Git/version control systems Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Exposure to caching frameworks like Redis (preferred) Knowledge of secure coding practices Leadership & Soft Skills Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive attitude Nice to Have Experience working in Agile development environments Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools Prior exposure to regulated environments or compliance-heavy domains
