Role Overview:

As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding commission-based sales representatives across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities in India. Your success will be defined by your ability to rapidly scale a reliable and target-oriented sales team through your local market understanding and extensive people network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commission-based sales candidates across cities.
• Source candidates using online platforms, referrals, job fairs, local networks, and community outreach.
• Conduct initial screening and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand role requirements and sales targets.
• Create city-wise recruitment strategies tailored to local needs and sales potential.
• Maintain a real-time tracker of hiring progress and talent availability.
• Ensure a strong cultural and performance fit with our company goals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in sales hiring, field recruitment, or network-based recruiting.
• Deep contacts in local communities, business hubs, colleges, skill centers, or with regional sales talent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and local languages.
• A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation.
• Experience in channel sales hiring, direct sales, or commission-based models is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
