Channel Sales Expert

As a Channel Sales Expert at our company, you will be responsible for managing sales through a distribution network consisting of Distributors, Sub-distributors, and Retailers for our new age Educational Products of ALLEN IntelliBrain. Your role will involve creating and managing sales and distribution networks for Revolutionary Educational Products, establishing and expanding distribution bases, setting sales and distribution targets, and driving business development through various sales channels. You will be required to track segment-wise market share, monitor SKU forecasts, ensure profitability at the state and territory level, and make strategic decisions regarding the rationalization, up-gradation, and expansion of the distribution network. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring competition activities, leading and developing a team of Sales and Commercial staff, and maintaining alignment with company policies. Your qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Sales & Marketing, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Zonal Sales Manager in consumer goods, FMCG, Stationary, Toys, or Educational Products. You should have experience in building new networks, expanding distribution reach, and possess extensive knowledge of distribution and retail channels. Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
