Job Description

As a Channel Sales Expert at ALLEN IntelliBrain, your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales through a distribution network consisting of distributors, sub-distributors, and retailers for our new age Educational Products. You will be instrumental in creating and managing the sales and distribution network for the Revolutionary Educational Products of ALLEN Career Institute. Your role will also involve establishing, maintaining, and expanding the distribution base through various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage the sales and distribution network for Educational Products. - Establish and expand the distribution base through distributors, sub-distributors, and retailers. - Set sales and distribution targets for dealers, retailers, and distributors. - Lead business development initiatives through distribution sales, channel sales, or B2B sales. - Monitor and analyze the retail trade market share segment-wise. - Track SKU forecast in alignment with budget and inventory turnover ratio. - Ensure state and territory profitability by managing various aspects of liability. - Rationalize, upgrade, and expand the distribution network to increase market share. - Monitor competition activities and plan accordingly. - Train and develop a team of sales and commercial staff. - Maintain alignment with company policies on reporting, attendance, and market visits. - Coordinate and manage liaison between the company and trade partners. - Educate the distributor sales force on product features and USPs. - Resolve product issues at the distributor level and ensure timely settlement of distributor issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing. - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Zonal Sales Manager. - Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, stationary, toys, or educational products. - Proven track record of building new networks and expanding reach. - Extensive knowledge of distribution and retail channels. - Excellent communication skills.
