Job Summary:

Solar Power Systems


Job Responsibility:

  • Drive SPS product sales across

    Pune, Satara, Sangli, and Kolhapur regions,

    with Pune being the base location.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Enhance both primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a robust dealer network to support deeper market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support growth objectives.
  • Oversee branding and advertising initiatives to improve brand visibility and awareness in the territory.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributor’s sales team to enhance performance.


Qualifications:

  • Relevant Graduation/3 yr Diploma (regular).
  • 2+ years of experience in

    channel sales

    , managing

    Pune

    region with a focus on the

    Solar Power Systems

    product division.
