Department: Sales Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday) Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This is an in-office role that involves handling inbound and outbound calls, CRM management, lead follow-ups, and Sales & Marketing coordination. This role is perfect for candidates with a strong customer-first mindset, the ability to multitask, and a desire to learn. The right candidate would be on track to grow into a Key Account Manager or other operational leadership roles within 2 years. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Lead Follow-Up: Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify interest, and ensure timely, structured follow-ups by self and the sales team. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth. Sales & Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with the field sales team and support marketing activities such as campaign follow-ups, database curation, and lead handoffs to ensure a seamless customer experience. Proposal & Quote Support: Assist in preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and professional email responses on time. Channel Sales Executive gurugram 2 - 4 years INR 3.0 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, including dealers and resellers. Drive sales of laptops and IT peripherals through the channel network. Identify and onboard new dealers/resellers to expand the distribution network. Maintain a strong understanding of market pricing structures and competitor positioning. Monitor channel partner performance and ensure timely order processing and delivery. Regularly visit channel partners to maintain relationships and gather market intelligence. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel growth and support. Required: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B channel sales within the IT hardware industry. Strong understanding of dealer/reseller networks and their operations. Sound knowledge of laptops, accessories, and IT peripheral sales. Excellent market awareness, especially regarding pricing and distribution trends. Strong connections and rapport with dealers in the IT channel ecosystem.
