Position Required: Channel Sales Executive (Business Development)

Experience: 2 years (Mandatory)

Qualification: B. Tech OR B. Tech. and MBA (in Marketing Field)

Industry: CCTV/Entrance management, Access Control Management

Job Profile: Channel Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities (Requirements):

  • Identify, appoint and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with Team Leads to create and execute business plans to meet desired sales goals.
  • Analyse the market trends, accordingly and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, pricing issues and recommend improvements in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop proposals for new business avenues, new plans, services, technology up gradation, longer term strategic tie-ups with Channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Design, and Marketing teams in driving customer satisfaction and customer related queries.
  • Responsible for identification of new potential sales leads, building new partnerships along with improving existing customer relationships.
  • Manage business Profit & Loss, revenue generation, and launching, building and growing business along with budget compliance.
  • Ensure healthy rate of New Partner Acquisition (NPA) to rejuvenate the existing partner.
  • Stay updated with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences (in daily basis).
  • Assist in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
