Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partner Sales Executive to manage and grow our network of channel partners (brokers/agents). The role involves onboarding new partners, driving site visits, supporting closures, and achieving sales targets for residential/commercial real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to generate qualified leads. Build strong, long-term relationships with brokers and real estate consultants. Ensure regular engagement with channel partners through meetings, calls, and visits. Drive site visits, client follow-ups, and assist in deal closures. Educate channel partners about project details, pricing, offers, and USPs. Coordinate with internal sales, CRM, and marketing teams for lead management. Track channel partner performance and work on activation of inactive partners. Maintain MIS reports, partner databases, and sales funnel updates. Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of bookings. Resolve partner queries related to pricing, inventory, and commissions. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of local real estate market and broker networks. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Good presentation and coordination skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel. Willingness to travel extensively for partner meetings and site visits. Eligibility Criteria Experience: 1–5 years in channel partner sales / real estate sales Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred) Languages: English & Hindi (local language preferred) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of active channel partners onboarded Site visits generated through channel partners Bookings and revenue achieved Channel partner activation and retention rate What We Offer Competitive salary + attractive incentives Growth opportunities in a fast-growing real estate organization Supportive sales and marketing team
