Ability to plan and implement effective Sales Strategies and consistently meet or exceed Sales Targets. Strong skills in Market Research and Competitive Analysis. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills. Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and Customer-Focused mindset. Experience in the Real Estate sector is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
