Job Summary

We are seeking Channel Partners to drive sales and generate qualified leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, an active broker network, and prior experience in promoting premium residential or luxury real estate. This role requires high energy, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

1. Building a broker Network

To build a network of brokers selling luxury real estate in Delhi and Gurgaon. Candidate should be able to call at least 50 brokers during the interview to clearly establish a strong relationship


Lead Generation & Business Development

Generate high-quality leads through broker networks.

Conduct regular market visits to expand channel partner base.


3. Sales Target Achievement

Drive revenue through channel sales and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.

Manage site visits, client coordination, and deal negotiation through channel partners.

Assist in closing deals in coordination with the sales team.


Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales.

Strong network with local brokers, CPs, and property consultants in Delhi and Gurgaon - (not Noida)

Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle high-end clients and luxury real estate segment.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.
