Channel Partner - Real Estate

As a Channel Partner at Auramah Valley, your role will involve driving sales and generating qualified leads for our real estate projects. You will be expected to utilize your strong market knowledge, active broker network, and prior experience in promoting premium residential or luxury real estate to excel in this position. Your high energy, relationship-building skills, and efficient deal-closing abilities will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Building a broker Network: - Establishing a network of brokers selling luxury real estate in Delhi and Gurgaon, with a target of contacting at least 50 brokers during the interview to build strong relationships. - Lead Generation & Business Development: - Generating high-quality leads through broker networks. - Conducting regular market visits to expand the channel partner base. - Sales Target Achievement: - Driving revenue through channel sales and ensuring monthly/quarterly targets are met. - Managing site visits, client coordination, and deal negotiation through channel partners. - Assisting in closing deals in coordination with the sales team. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales. - Strong network with local brokers, CPs, and property consultants in Delhi and Gurgaon (excluding Noida). - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle high-end clients and the luxury real estate segment. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.
