As a Channel Partner Head at a Real Estate Company in Pune, your role involves driving sales performance through the channel partner network in the Pune region. Your strong leadership, strategic networking, and execution capabilities will be essential to achieve ambitious sales targets and enhance the company's market presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive Channel Partner acquisition and engagement strategy for Pune. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-performing CPs, brokers, and real estate agents. - Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective CP activation and performance management. - Organize CP meets, training sessions, and reward programs to enhance engagement and loyalty. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth. - Collaborate closely with the Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure seamless sales execution. - Manage a team of Channel Partner Executives / Managers and ensure productivity and accountability. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team. - Maintain high standards of professionalism, brand representation, and ethical business practices. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in the Channel Partner segment. - Industry Preference: Candidates from reputed real estate developers with a strong network in the Pune region. - Proven track record of driving large-volume residential project sales through CPs. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of Pune's real estate market dynamics and CP ecosystem. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Educational Qualification: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
