Job Summary

The Channel Partner Coordinator will be responsible for managing coordination between Euroteck’s Channel Partners (Distributors) across India and the Head Office. This role ensures smooth onboarding, training, joint activities, CRM updates, order processing, and execution support while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and partners.

Essential Functions

1. Onboarding Process

  • Initiate draft agreements with the Company Secretary upon receipt of the Proposed Channel Partner Intake Form from HCM.
  • Resolve CP queries on agreements by coordinating with HO departments and sharing clarifications.
  • Verify CP’s acceptance documents with relevant teams before finalization.
  • Arrange signing of original agreements and ensure receipt of duplicate signed copies.
  • Dispatch Distributor Welcome Kit and product catalogues after successful onboarding.

2. Channel Partner Training

  • Share training links per the annual training calendar and send timely reminders.
  • Coordinate with trainers for smooth session execution.
  • Liaise with sales teams to organize field training for CP representatives.

3. Joint Visit Monitoring (EEPL Sales & CP)

  • Ensure a minimum of 5 end-customer joint visits per week with CPs.
  • Compile and circulate weekly joint-visit review reports to HCM.

4. Opportunities / Enquiries Update

  • Route all opportunities/enquiries through the assigned distributor by region/vertical.
  • Ensure mandatory entry of all opportunities and enquiries into CRM.

5. Quotes / Proposals Submission

  • Coordinate with the proposal team to prepare timely and accurate quotes.
  • Ensure distributor pricing and terms are applied.
  • Conduct briefing calls with CPs to explain proposals and strengthen customer communication.
  • Share quotes with regional sales teams and HCM.
  • Coordinate HO approvals for special pricing/terms.
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive Distributor Price List.

6. Order Processing

  • Verify CP orders against approved quotes, resolving price/technical issues before processing.
  • Update CRM with confirmed orders.

7. Execution

  • Keep CPs updated on delivery schedules.
  • Share Proforma Invoices (PIs) promptly.
  • Follow up on payments as per agreed terms.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation.

8. Reporting

  • Ensure CRM is fully updated before CP review meetings.
  • Prepare CP-specific performance and business potential reports as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support regional marketing activities as required.

Education

  • Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental disciplines.
  • Degree in Marketing (preferred but not essential).

Experience & Skills

  • Up to 5 years’ experience as a Sales/Distributor Coordinator.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Internet tools, CRM systems).
  • Exposure to technical products (preferably in engineering/industrial/environmental domain).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
