Job Description

Job Summary:

Business Loan (BL) and Personal Loan (PL)

Key Responsibilities:

Source BL & PL leads through
field sales activities
and direct customer interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with self-employed professionals, business owners, and salaried customers
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers
Collect, verify, and submit complete loan documents as per policy
Coordinate with
credit, operations, and disbursement teams
for smooth processing
Achieve assigned
monthly disbursement and sourcing targets
Ensure high-quality sourcing with minimum rejections and delinquencies
Maintain daily MIS and report to the reporting manager
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

1-5 years of experience
in BL/PL sales
Field sales experience
is mandatory
Good knowledge of BL & PL products and documentation
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in
NBFC / Bank / Fintech
Local market knowledge and existing customer base
Target-driven and result-oriented
