About i2Global

i2Global is expanding its learning ecosystem across India through a virtual franchise network for K-12 tuitions and Teacher Training (TT).

Our franchise partners focus on student acquisition and local relationship-building, while i2Global delivers the full backendclasses, tutors, learning operations, and the ProEdge

platform.

Commercial Model (for franchise partners):

  • One-time franchise fee: 10,00,000
  • Revenue share: 50:50 (Franchisee : i2Global)
  • Target payback window: 812 months (based on performance)

Role Summary:

The Franchise Development Manager will own end-to-end onboarding of new franchise partnersfrom first conversation to agreement execution and fee collectionthrough a consultative sales approach.

This role is ideal for someone who can discuss unit economics, growth plans, and execution roadmaps with prospective partners and move them confidently toward a decision.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Franchise Partner Acquisition (Inside Sales)

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, webinars, referrals, campaigns)
  • Conduct discovery to understand candidate fit: profile, city, network, commitment,and execution readiness
  • Present i2Globals franchise proposition clearly: operating model, responsibilities, revenue share, support system, and performance expectations

2) Consultative Deal Management

Run structured discussions on:

  • partner goals and timeline
  • local market plan for student acquisition
  • expected ramp-up and payback logic
  • support scope from i2Global (classes, tutors, platform, operations)

Handle objections professionally (risk, time, ROI, trust, comparisons, what if scenarios)

  • Maintain transparency while protecting i2Globals standards and brand

3) Closing & Documentation:

  • Drive timely movement through stages: Qualification Proposal Follow-ups Closure
  • Coordinate agreement signing, KYC/verification, payment collection, and onboarding handover to Ops
  • Ensure complete documentation and clear expectations before go-live

4) Pipeline & Performance Ownership:

  • Own CRM hygiene and reporting: lead status, follow-ups, probability, closure dates
  • Track core metrics: conversion rate, sales cycle length, closure value, show rate for calls/webinars
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and best-performing segments/creatives

What Success Looks Like (KPIs):

  • Franchise closures/month (10L ticket size)
  • Lead-to-qualified conversion and qualified-to-closure conversion
  • Sales cycle time (first call to closure)
  • Agreement + fee collection accuracy and timeliness
  • 30-day partner readiness score (handover quality, clarity of plan)

Required Skills & Capabilities :

3 - 8 years in inside sales / business development / partnership sales (high ticket preferred)

Strong consultative selling fundamentals:

  • discovery, problem framing, solution mapping
  • commercial articulation (payback, unit economics, outcomes)
  • objection handling and negotiation

Excellent verbal communication (English + 1 regional language preferred)

Comfort with structured follow-ups and CRM discipline

Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with urgency and precision
