Position: Assistant Manager Stores Location: Jadcherla, Telangana Reporting to: Manager Stores & Logistics About Euroteck Environmental Pvt Ltd Euroteck is a leading environmental engineering firm dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions. Our operations hinge on precision, efficiency, and strong teamwork. We seek an experienced, detail-minded professional to manage our stores and logistics functions in Jadcherla. Role Overview The Assistant Manager Stores will oversee end-to-end inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination, ensure material availability for projects, and maintain optimal inventory levels that support operational needs and cost targets. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Warehouse Management Plan, receive, inspect, store, and issue inventory itemsmechanical spares, consumables, toolswith full documentation. Maintain accurate stock records; perform periodic stock-taking and reconciliation. Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and space utilization. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate material dispatches to project sites; liaise with carriers for timely deliveries. Expedite procurement and receipt of goods per project schedules; follow up with vendors and suppliers. Manage shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics compliance. Team Leadership & Process Improvement Supervise and mentor store-keepers and warehouse staff; drive strong safety and operational standards. Develop and implement SOPs for receipt, issuance, re-ordering, stock movement, and cycle counts. Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects in material handling and storage processes. Reporting & Compliance Generate regular reports: stock levels, slow-moving items, discrepancies, and logistics performance. Monitor key KPIs: inventory accuracy, warehouse utilization, delivery compliance. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, QMS, EHS standards. Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. 7–10 years of proven experience in stores management, logistics, or supply chain—preferably in the engineering or environmental sector. Skills & Competencies Strong Excel and ERP proficiency. Experienced in warehouse layout and inventory control. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and interpersonal communication.
