Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a PLC Engineer with hands-on experience in programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning of PLC/SCADA systems used in wastewater treatment plants. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating our systems, integrating control panels, and ensuring efficient plant operations

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) for wastewater treatment projects.
Design and configure SCADA/HMI interfaces for plant monitoring and control.
Participate in the commissioning and startup of control systems at project sites.
Troubleshoot issues in PLC/SCADA panels during installation and post-installation stages.
Coordinate with the electrical & instrumentation teams for panel integration and wiring.
Ensure all automation work complies with safety and industry standards.
Maintain project documentation, wiring diagrams, and operational manuals.
Provide support for AMC and service-related control system issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
3 to 4 years of relevant experience in PLC/SCADA programming and commissioning.
Strong working knowledge of Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs, SCADA software (WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).
Experience in wastewater treatment or water process industries is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel to plant locations for commissioning and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
