The Change Manager is a critical role responsible for ensuring that organizational changes land well and are successfully adopted, sustained. This role also ensures that employees are informed, inspired, and aligned with the organization s vision, while also representing the GCC s achievements and capabilities to global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Transition Management:
- Facilitate Discovery workshops with Business / Functions to identify new scope / opportunities for transition into the GCC.
- Enable end - end transition delivery for committed scope (Insource, Outsource, Region / HQ to GCC etc.).
Change Management:
- Design and implement change management strategies using frameworks such as ADKAR, PROSCI, Kotter to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
- Lead change management interventions - Robust change strategy and planning, Employee and Stakeholder communication planning, Change Impact Assessment, Change Readiness assessment, Adoption tracking etc.
- Create a support system to enable people to transition into new roles (deliverables span onboarding, communication, engagement, Knowledge transfer / Trainings etc.)
- Input into Go / No Go checkpoints at every stage of the transition.
Communication:
- Develop and execute a GCC-specific communication strategy aligned with corporate objectives and the Centre s operational priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the GCC and country / regional / global corporate communications teams.
- Promote the GCC s capabilities, achievements, and innovations to global stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the region.
- Lead internal campaigns to drive awareness of business priorities, transformation initiatives, and cultural programs.
- Manage multi-channel communication platforms (intranet, newsletters, digital signage, leadership updates).
- Partner with site leaders to deliver high-impact engagement activities such as town halls, leadership connects, and recognition events.
- Build and maintain a two-way communication culture through surveys, feedback loops, and employee forums.
GCC Employee Resource Group (ERG) Oversight: Lead and Orchestrate the employee resource group agenda for the GCC.
Key Qualifications Experience:
- Bachelors or masters degree and more than 10 years of experience in corporate communication, change management, project management, or organizational change.
- PMP, PROSCI, CCMP certified
- Experience working as a Change Manger in Transition of roles, processes - Region / HQ to GCC, Outsource, Insource etc.)
- Demonstrated experience of managing site level communication and events in a GCC setup.

Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible - Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the GCC at least 2 - 3 days per week
