Change Manager

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing IAM solutions for hybrid environments, encompassing on-premises systems and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing IAM strategies and policies that are aligned with business needs and security requirements. - Integrating IAM solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure a cohesive and robust identity ecosystem. - Managing user identities, roles, and permissions across hybrid environments to ensure compliance with security policies. - Configuring and maintaining IAM systems, including identity governance and administration (IGA), access management (AM), and native privileged access management (PAM. - Monitoring and auditing user access processes and identity lifecycle management to ensure compliance with security policies. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, system incidents, problems, and changes related to IAM, providing root cause analysis and mitigation options. - Providing technical support to end-users and business partners regarding IAM-related issues. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and industry-specific requirements. - Implementing security controls to protect against unauthorized access. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and drive IAM initiatives. - Communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders, and management to provide updates and information. - Driving continuous improvement processes to enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve the security posture. - Identifying and prioritizing process improvements and enhancements to the IAM system. - Continuously improving your own leadership capabilities. To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Managing Change Requests: Prioritizing, assessing, and approving or rejecting change requests, creating change requests, and ensuring they align with business needs and operational requirements. - Attending Change Advisory Board (CAB) when required. - Documenting and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of changes, their impacts, and outcomes using Bell's applications. - Process Design: Developing and implementing a change management process to streamline the change lifecycle, including automation. - Change Impact & Risk Management: Evaluating the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of Bell, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation plans. - Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating with stakeholders and engaging other teams if training and support are needed due to change. - Performance & Reporting: Defining success metrics and providing regular reporting on the progress of changes.
