Job Title: Change Manager Service Management

Job Summary:

The Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and facilitating organizational changes within the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. This role ensures that changes to services and infrastructure are managed efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations, and maximum benefit to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create structured change plans using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Prosci).
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations.

• Change Execution

• Manage Requests for Change (RFCs) and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to evaluate and approve changes.
• Monitor change implementation and ensure compliance with policies.

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business units.
• Communicate change plans and progress to stakeholders.
• Address resistance and provide coaching to leaders and teams.

• Training & Support

• Support the design and delivery of training programs related to change initiatives.
• Ensure users are equipped to adopt new systems, processes, or technologies.

• Performance Monitoring

• Track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Report on change success metrics and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in change management within IT or service management environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and tools like Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and impacts.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or ITIL is preferred.
