The role requires to steer the process of change management with the decision-making committee. The target is to support and document the decision-making process in the change management committee whenever product changes are initiated or processed. The change manager is the contact person for all inquiries regarding documented change requests of the assembly. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Initiate changes in PDM systems in alignment with respective system project manager 2. Preparatory work- ensuring topics to be discussed, agenda, invitation, formal checks of changes and identifying problematic issues 3. Leading the distribution committee moderation, minute taking and handling change management tools 4. Document resolutions and circulate minutes 5. Report generation for committees in line with system project manager 6. Controlling, decision making and generation of engineering changes or bundles 7. Cost assessment and documentation of the same in bundle 8. Drive resolutions based on traffic light status Required Skills: 1. Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineer with basic experience in the field of product development or documentation 2. Good German language skills verbal and written. Keen to upgrade and further enhance skills. Minimum B2/C1 certified with very good conversational skills. 3. Basic understanding of product development process 4. Process-driven 5. The AXA XL IT Change Manager is responsible for managing the Global Technology Change Management process. She/He will be part of the Global Technology Change Management team working in close relationship with Infrastructure/application/technical teams in AXA XL and AXA GO to manage Changes raised in the Silva Change Management tool that impacts XL. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include? Reviewing Change Requests in silva and making recommendations on their approval with a view as to whether they can be implemented safely with the minimum disruption Reviewing, risk assessing and prioritizing changes and releases consistently and appropriately and communicating the potential impacts clearly, in order to minimize change related service outages and ensure the impacts are truly understood. Working with Vendors, Service /Problem and Incident Managers and other stakeholders, to support decision making in line with best practice. Working closely with other Team members and Vendors to ensure IT Change requests are delivered within defined timescales and that any potential conflicts are understood and mitigated. Understand the Change process and policy and the activities associated with it. Confirming that relevant communication to stakeholders on all planned changes is undertaken by appropriate personnel and that the quality of documentation for Change is fit for purpose and meets the required standards of the change process. Liaising with Incident Management for potential Emergency changes, administering the emergency change process and ensuring that retrospective changes are raised and managed for out of hours incidents. Running weekly and Daily change meetings with relevant stakeholders and approve changes accordingly. Manage Problem Management process for Incident caused by change running PIR meetings to provide reporting on Root cause of incidents and preventative actions to be put in place to prevent future incidents You will report to the Global IT Change Manager. Should hold basic knowledge on XL Infrastructure and Applications is a plus along with ITIL Foundation certification . Ability to understand AXA standards in place and take them into account in future implementations (Security, IFC).
