About this opportunity:

We at Ericsson are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Change Manager. The focus of the Change Manager role is to effectively oversee alterations within our customer's infrastructure, ensuring seamless modifications to services and resources by following standard protocols. As a Change Manager at Ericsson, you will take pride in mitigating customer service impacts and driving necessary adjustment to meet evolving customer needs.

What you will do:

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, guiding them through the Change Management process.
  • Evaluate and record Change Requests using the dedicated Change Management tool, always ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prioritize Change Requests, factoring in potential conflicts and interactions between simultaneous changes.
  • Assure all mandatory information is accurately logged within the Change Management tool, including pre/post checks evidence, tests executed, and CAB approval.
  • Prepare and present appropriate documentation for Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
  • Develop and incorporate contingency measures within Change Requests, guaranteeing a sturdy safety net should alterations not proceed as planned.
