The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the oil and gas sector, including project finance, cost control, and capital efficiency. Roles and responsibilities: The CFO for the Business Unit will be responsible for driving financial strategy, managing financial risks, ensuring robust controls, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support the business’s growth and operational excellence. We are looking for hard-working passionate leaders with a strategic mindset with the ability to ensure sound financial management and strategy implementation, with understanding of our oil and gas business. The incumbent will work closely with key business leaders, comprehend business requirements by collaborating to develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with the financial objectives with overall organizational goals to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Accelerating adoption and deployment of newage technology, analytics, digitisation, and continuous benchmarking with best-in-class global organizations will be an important aspect of this job. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of work experience in finance domain with strong business acumen and proven capability to deliver outcomes with strong focus on integrity, ethics and governance.
