Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality offshore execution of jackets, topsides, piles, and subsea structures. You will work closely with engineering, fabrication, marine operations, and hook-up teams to ensure seamless integration of the platform into the offshore field environment. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end T&I operations such as loadout, marine transport, heavy-lift/float-over installation, leading offshore construction crews, ensuring QA/QC compliance, coordinating across various teams, enforcing HSE and quality standards aligned with industry requirements, and managing reporting, documentation, and interface handovers to commissioning teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have 12+ years of experience in offshore oil & gas construction with at least 5 years in T&I. You should have expertise in offshore logistics, heavy lift ops, pile installation, and subsea structures. Strong leadership skills and experience in interface management in offshore environments are essential. Possession of valid BOSIET/HUET/H2S & Offshore Medical certifications is mandatory. Preferred certifications for this role include Marine lifting supervisor, Rigging & heavy lift safety, and Emergency response training.
