Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

US GAAP, taxation, and QuickBooks

Key Responsibilities

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and journal entries in compliance with US accounting standards.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Handle QuickBooks Online and Desktop for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Work closely with US clients to support audits, tax filings, and financial planning.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Ensure compliance with US GAAP and federal/state tax requirements.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Active CPA license with a minimum of 4 years of US accounting experience.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Proven expertise in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop).
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong understanding of US GAAP, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Effective communication skills to liaise with US clients and cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications
