Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-obsessed professional to join our team as a Centre Manager for our offline experience centre. At Leverage Edu, our centres are designed to be a physical gateway for students embarking on their study abroad journey with confidence, clarity, and convenience. As the Centre Manager, you will represent Leverage Edu in your city, ensuring that every student who walks through our doors receives an exceptional experience. Your role as the operational and strategic head of the centre will be crucial in expanding our presence, establishing community trust, and delivering outcomes that have a profound impact on individuals" lives. Responsibilities include providing strong leadership to counselors and staff, fostering a collaborative work culture, overseeing daily operations to maintain efficiency and student-friendliness, offering personalized counseling to aid students in achieving their academic and career aspirations, implementing local marketing strategies to attract a diverse student base, building and nurturing relationships with students, parents, and institutions, monitoring key performance indicators, and continuously improving services based on data-driven insights. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field, along with at least 4-7 years of experience in centre management, education, EdTech, or retail operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills, effective communication abilities, adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a student-centric mindset. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace is required, with prior exposure to EdTech or overseas education environments being advantageous. Knowledge of international admissions and visa procedures is also beneficial.
