Role & Responsibilities: Implement, review, and continuously enhance field service operations. Drive and achieve operational KPIs related to service performance and revenue. Manage and lead the field service team to deliver optimal customer service. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to service staff to ensure timely and high-quality customer service delivery. Ensure service operations are executed with full process compliance and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Drive high customer satisfaction levels by achieving ambitious targets for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES). Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile: 24 years of experience in service operations or center management. Background in home appliances or consumer durables will be preferred. Strong leadership, team management, and customer-handling skills. Experience in managing KPIs, service metrics, and process compliance. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
