Position: Center Manager Location : Indira Nagar, Banglore Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functioning, excellent patient service, and team coordination. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for effective communication with staff and patients. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day center operations including front desk, staff, and facility. Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service delivery. Monitor staff performance, shift scheduling, and training. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, and pharmacy teams for seamless service. Handle inventory, billing, patient records, and vendor management. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and center performance dashboards. Requirements Graduate or postgraduate degree in Healthcare, Hospital Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) – for patient and staff interaction. Working knowledge of healthcare software, billing systems, and Excel.
