As a Centre Head, you will play a pivotal role in managing the academy’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between staff, learners, and parents, and driving the academy’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and parents. Address queries, resolve issues amicably, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Teacher Management: Effectively manage teacher expectations, schedules, working hours, and leave requests. Prioritize teacher well-being and foster a collaborative work environment. Non-Teaching Staff Management Supervise the academic counselor/receptionist and ensure they deliver exceptional service. Oversee the maid or office boy managing routine tasks like pantry, cleaning, and other maintenance duties. Office Management Manage utility bills, stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative needs. Ensure the academy is well-organized and operates efficiently. Fresh Sales: Handle walk-ins, provide detailed explanations of the academy’s offerings, and close sales effectively. Review the academic counselor’s performance and guide them to achieve better results. Renewals: Make renewal calls, address learner concerns, and ensure a high renewal rate. Work closely with the team to resolve any issues affecting renewals. Growth & Revenue: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow the academy’s reach. Implement innovative strategies to enhance learner engagement and attract new enrollments. Key Skills & Traits Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to engage and connect with people. Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and fostering a positive work environment. Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving issues efficiently while maintaining customer trust. Operational Expertise: Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations. Sales Savvy: Confidence in handling walk-ins, converting inquiries, and maximizing renewals. Growth Mindset: Creativity in identifying and implementing growth opportunities. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRMs, productivity tools, and reporting processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership, operations, or customer-centric roles.
