Centrehead for one of the most famous Eye Hospital in Haryana
LJ Eye Institute is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional with a minimum of 10 years of hospital management experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong business development acumen along with excellent hospital operations management skills.
We are looking for a self-driven leader who can ensure smooth day-to-day functioning without the need for constant supervision, demonstrates exceptional team management abilities, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism.
Candidates with prior experience in Eye Hospitals or the Ophthalmology sector will be given preference. The role requires someone well-versed with hospital SOPs, protocols, reporting systems, and performance metrics.
You will be working closely with the Directors, so the ability to understand, execute, and report effectively on strategic decisions is essential.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
