Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in Odisha, India. The Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing teams, leading operations, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets. The Manager will also play a key role in staff development and fostering a collaborative work environment while ensuring operational compliance with organizational and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
Experience in production planning, workflow management, and operational execution
Knowledge of quality control processes and adherence to industry standards
Ability to effectively train, mentor, and develop employees
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to upholding ethical and sustainable practices
Prior experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
