Job Description

As a Centre Manager for Sales and Operations at Regul Solutions, your role will involve overseeing the daily functions of the wellness centre located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Jaya Nagar, Bangalore, and Indiara Nagar, Bangalore. Your main objective will be to maintain high standards of service, operations, and client satisfaction by leading a team, driving sales performance, and managing operational efficiency. - Leadership and Team Management: - Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of wellness practitioners, administrative staff, and sales associates. - Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and professional development. - Sales and Revenue Management: - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, manage pricing strategies, promotions, and memberships to optimize profitability. - Operations and Facilities Management: - Manage daily operations, maintenance, inventory, and enforce operational policies and procedures. - Oversee scheduling of classes, treatments, and events, handle client feedback, complaints, and resolutions promptly. - Marketing and Client Engagement: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives. - Build and maintain client relationships, organize community events, workshops, and partnerships for increased visibility and engagement. - Financial Management: - Develop and manage the centre's budget, analyze financial statements, and performance metrics for informed business decisions. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or management certifications, managerial experience in the wellness, fitness, or service industry, strong sales and customer service skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using business management software and CRM systems.
