Center Manager

Clinic Operations:

• Manage the end-to-end functioning of the clinic, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients.
• Supervise front office, clinical, and support staff to ensure efficiency, discipline, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and overall clinic performance.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, operational SOPs, and compliance regulations.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure availability of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Address patient concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

Sales & Business Development:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop local campaigns to attract new patients.
• Conduct in-clinic promotional activities and maintain patient engagement through follow-ups and feedback.
• Track and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective upselling of services and packages.
• Monitor and analyze key sales metrics (e.g., conversions, follow-ups, walk-ins vs. registrations).
• Train and motivate the front desk and sales staff on lead handling and patient counseling techniques.

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and evaluate clinic staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and share updates.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
