Responsibilities: Technical Services: The role will involve installation, diagnosis, repair and calibration of equipment in the workshop and on-site in healthcare facilities around India. You will also have the opportunity to plan and support installation and work in multiple sites in collaboration with Operations Team. This role also provides the opportunity to further develop your engineering skill set to effectively troubleshoot defective equipment. Service and Support: You will also provide service with respect to technical components, fault-finding procedures and spare part management. Administration: A key component of the role, will be keeping accurate documentation, to ensure compliance with standard processes and formats. This will be achieved by completing service reports, responding to queries in a timely manner, and keeping updated with relevant Technical Service bulletins. Qualification and Qualities : Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience within a technical customer support role or field service engineer role with strong communication skills Willing to travel as position requires you to work in public and private hospitals Knowledge in Information Technology and networking will be desirable A proactive, responsible, and cooperative team player with good time management skills High attention to detail and able to work under pressure As a reward for your commitment and effort, we will provide you with a competitive base salary .
