Biomedical Engineer

As a Biomedical Engineer with experience in the dialysis field, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities and qualifications. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for technical services, including the installation, diagnosis, repair, and calibration of equipment both in the workshop and on-site at healthcare facilities across India. Working closely with the Operations Team, you will plan and support installations in multiple sites, while enhancing your engineering skills to troubleshoot defective equipment effectively. Additionally, you will provide service and support by handling technical components, fault-finding procedures, and spare part management. Administration tasks will also be a key aspect of your role, requiring accurate documentation to ensure compliance with standard processes and formats. This will involve completing service reports, responding to queries promptly, and staying updated with relevant Technical Service bulletins. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct installation, diagnosis, repair, and calibration of equipment - Plan and support installations in multiple healthcare facilities - Provide technical service and support for equipment components - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standard processes - Respond to queries in a timely manner **Qualification Required:** - Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Prior experience in technical customer support or field service engineer role with strong communication skills - Willingness to travel and work in public and private hospitals - Knowledge in Information Technology and networking (desirable) - Proactive, responsible, cooperative team player with good time management skills - High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure This full-time position offers benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.
