Role:

Who We’re Looking For

multi-skilled, hands-on builders

one

1. Biomedical / Neuroscience / EEG Engineer (NeuroSignals)

You should be able to:

Work with EEG devices and sensors
Collect and clean raw EEG signals (noise removal, ICA, filtering, artifact rejection)
Extract features (motor imagery patterns, CSP, band-power, ERD/ERS)
Build real-time pipelines for EEG → AI models
Understand neurophysiology, BCI concepts, and signal acquisition

2. AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Neural Decoding)

You will:

Build ML models to decode thoughts / intent from EEG signals
Apply CNNs, LSTMs, transformers for time-series
Train and validate models on motor imagery datasets
Deploy lightweight models for real-time performance
Work closely with EEG engineers to convert signals → actions

3. VR Developer (Unity / Unreal)

You will:

Build immersive VR therapy environments synced with AI outputs
Map decoded EEG signals to VR interactions
Create smooth UX for stroke therapy (movement, speech therapy tasks)
Integrate with hardware + software systems
Optimize VR modules for real-time neurofeedback

General Qualities We Need

Experience in
building prototypes

Ability to work in an environment where 0 → 1 happens fast
Ownership mindset (you help shape the product)
Comfortable working in a small, high-energy founding team
Passion for neurotech, healthcare, rehabilitation, or brain-computer interfaces
